This is an LED upgrade Kit for YOUR MANUAL (Slider Knob style) HVAC controller. You are NOT buying a new HVAC controller unit with LED's. You are buying a LED kit to upgrade your OEM controls to LED's. This is a Do-it-Yourself bulb to LED Upgrade Kit. Soldering skills are necessary for this kit. Just clip, cut, or de-solder the incandescent bulbs from the circuit board and solder the LED's in place. I offer this kit in the following colors: PURE BLUE EMERALD GREEN, RUBY RED, ULTRA WHITE, GOLDEN YELLOW, PASSIONATE PINK, ULTRA-VIOLET PURPLE, ICE BLUE, R A I N B O W RED , WHITE , & BLUE These are fully dimmable 360 LED High Performance LED's. I personally designed and manufactured these led's for GM vehicles. They are the ONLY led's in the WORLD that come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY and can handle the voltage highs and lows that are demanded by GM vehicles. They will NOT flicker or burn out! NO ONE else in the world has these led's for sale. My led's are square, not round so they emit light 360 degrees around them, evenly and consistently. Regardless of the compatibility chart, If your unit looks like the ones pictured, this kit will work for you. I carry a kit for every instrument in your vehicle: Instrument Cluster Steering Wheel Controls Door Switches Headlight switch 4x4 Switch Fog Light Switch, etc., I even carry a "Whole truck upgrade kit" TIPS: The LED's have two legs. One is longer than the other. The longer leg is the positive leg. These LED's are polarity sensitive. The easiest way to do this without a bench test harness is to take the unit apart (careful not to break the sliders upon removal) plug it in to the truck while apart. Use your multimeter to determine positive and negative and mark it on the circuit board with a marker. Unplug from the truck, solder in the new bulbs, assemble, install. The bulbs are routed in such a way that if you remove one or more, the rest will not get power as it interrupts the circuit. They will only work with all bulbs installed. The only exception to this is the 2 bulbs in the center which illuminate the sliders. There are Youtube videos that will walk you through this install. I highly recommend you watch one.. or more.
