This allows us to cut down transit times and get you the parts you ordered quicker. Your purchase will ship from the closest warehouse that has the part in stock and may come in several packages on different days. If a package is refused or you are not able to make delivery arrangements with the carrier, a Restocking Fee may apply. We do not ship Non-C.A.R.B. Global Shipping items are subject to our standard return policy. returns All of our parts and accessories are returnable and refundable (exclusions apply, such as custom tuning and custom built items). You MUST contact us within 30 days of the shipment date in order for us to accept a return. The item in which you are returning MUST be unused, uninstalled, in the original condition, and in the original packaging. To begin the return process you MUST contact us to obtain an RA number and RA form (if applicable) prior to sending the item back. Returns will be jeopardized at the customer’s expense if they are sent back without a return authorization number. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable. If you are returning an item due to an error caused by NCB Diesel & Offroad or its business partners (i.e., damaged or defective items, incorrect part shipped, etc.), we will cover all freight charges on the replacement items. Refunds will be credited back using the method you used to initially pay for the item less any restocking fees (exclusions apply). Refunds will be credited within 10-14 business days after the item has been received back to our warehouse and inspected. Please insure & protect them accordingly. warranty Most of our products are covered by Manufacturer’s Warranties that cover the merchandise for a certain period of time after your purchase. NCB Diesel & Offroad will in no way accept responsibility for parts covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Check the documentation that you received with the merchandise for more information regarding the product warranty policy. All returned items will be inspected for warranty eligibility. We or the manufacturer will replace, repair or refund the product based on our findings. Inbound freight must be prepaid by the customer to one of our distribution centers for warranty inspection.
